Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Perl is responsible for the overall financial management of Sherborne Investors’ investment funds and management company entities, including accounting, treasury, financial forecasting, reporting and tax. In addition to his financial leadership responsibilities, Mr. Perl plays an active role in all phases of Sherborne Investors’ investment process. He also maintains the regulatory obligations of the firm’s investment funds and manages the firm’s compliance program.

Prior to joining Sherborne Investors, Mr. Perl worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the New York office and internationally, as a part of the transaction services consulting practice. Previously, he was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ audit practice, primarily focused on banks and alternative investment funds. Mr. Perl is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York.
