Partner & CFO

Mr. McKibben has served as the CFO and a director of Sherborne Holdings Incorporated, a private equity partnership, since its formation in 1986. Previously, he was the CFO and a director of Ampex Corporation. He is a CPA and was a partner with a predecessor firm of Pricewaterhouse Coopers from 1984 to 1989. Mr. McKibben is a non-executive director of Nautilus, Inc.
